Nestled in the spiritually significant town of Salasar in Rajasthan’s Churu district, the Chameli Devi Agarwal Manglik Bhawan is an ambitious infrastructural development by the Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation, under the visionary leadership of its Managing Trustee, Shri Vinod Agarwal. This expansive facility—spread over a built-up area of approximately 42,680 square feet—has been designed to serve as a comprehensive and inclusive venue for social, cultural, and religious gatherings.

The Bhawan is built with a core mission: to enable people from all walks of life to celebrate life’s milestones at a dignified scale and at subsidised rates. By making such events more accessible and affordable, it actively works to bridge the socio-economic gap that often limits the ability of lower and middle-income families to host large-scale functions. This inclusive vision not only fosters social equity but also supports religious tourism and the local economy.

Constructed across three floors and complemented by an elegant terrace area and a lush lawn, the Bhawan features a grand, fully air-conditioned banquet hall on the ground floor with a seating capacity of around 750 guests. The upper levels house 28 modern, fully furnished rooms, including 4 luxurious suites, providing comfortable accommodation for guests. Additional facilities include a spacious, well-equipped kitchen capable of handling large-scale catering, dormitory options, prayer areas, a parlour room, 24-hour power backup, ample parking, and robust security systems—all thoughtfully planned to ensure convenience and functionality.

Strategically located adjacent to the Chameli Devi Agarwal Sewa Sadan—another initiative by the Foundation that offers 125 rooms for pilgrims—the Bhawan enhances the combined capacity to nearly 200 rooms, making it one of the most complete and versatile venues in the region. Its proximity to revered temples such as Salasar Balaji and Anjani Mata Temple makes it an ideal destination for faith-driven celebrations and community functions.
